Both of my daughters have loved this camp year after year. They made so many new friends and were excelled to the top of their skill set with the support of the amazing instructors. I was wowed at their own interest to focus on nutrition and rest after a guest speaker really made an impact on how they view themselves. They love this GIRL POWERED community of strength, discipline and fun...and a little sweat and grit :)

I was really impressed with how much fun the instructors seemed to have with all the girls.  They got everyone involved in all aspects of the training and took time to make sure the girls understood the instructions.  My daughter wanted to learn how to be a goalie, so I asked if they would teach her and Sarah's immediate response was "We would be happy to help her in the transition to goalie!"

My daughter Hailey is absolutely in love with ERT, Sarah and the camp atmosphere. Sarah and her team has done an excellent job of establishing credibility, accountability and a sense of trust. Hailey is absolutely in love with Sarah and she has been an excellent role model and leader in the growing sport of Ringette. Hailey has learned more from Sarah than she has in any other sport or camp. Sarah and this camp have affected Hailey's confidence and established a sense of determination that she didn't have before. Sarah teaches you to "Make it so nobody can ignore you", challenge yourself and push your limitations and that no goal is unattainable. This camp doesn't just play games, it molds new leaders in the sport of Ringette that is transferable into their lives as young female athletes.

Before I started playing AA, I attended ERT camp multiple times as I was growing up. The camp has improved my strength, cardio and skills such as my shot, skating, and agility. The camps also include team building activities, leadership skills and create a sense of community!!

The Elite camp is above all others, Bryn has been going every year since she was 6 and is now in her first year U14AA.  Everything about your camp is great - it has taught more than just the game of ringette and skills. It gives the girls all the tools required to be an exceptional athlete, from nutrition to setting goals. The instructors are great mentors. The girls will carry the confidence they have acquired from your camps for a life time. Keep up the excellent work!!

It was fun, they taught me how to be a goalie and take lots of shots. They also gave me a red skate lace and it means "friends come first!"

Both my daughters have attended Elite Ringette over the years and still reflect on their positive experience. They found the program very organized, delivering fast paced up tempo practices/drills to further their ringette development and improve their conditioning. This was also supplemented by classroom sessions delivered by a very accomplished and experienced Ringette team of instructors that better prepared them for all game situations. Elite Ringette does a GREAT job molding the ringette stars of tomorrow!!

The "ERT "experience is amazing for my daughter!! They have "top level" instructors, Team Canada players and AA players. For all levels of ringette, ERT has it covered!! By the camp end, all the girls are friends and my daughter didn't want the camp to end. I highly recommend!! Thanks ERT
