We’re excited to welcome Cadence Howe as one of this year`s guest speakers!
A lifelong ringette player, Cadence has competed at the AA level, represented Saskatchewan at the Canada Winter Games, and played for U18 Team Canada. She is currently a member of the University of Regina Cougars while completing her Bachelor of Science in Bilingual Nursing.
Through her experiences on and off the ice, she’s learned the importance of hard work, resilience, teamwork, and confidence!
At camp, Cadence will share the skills and lessons that have helped shape her journey, while giving athletes a glimpse into university level ringette. From balancing academics and sport, to the team environment and opportunities to continue playing after high school.
We can’t wait for our athletes to learn from Cadence and hear her story!

Our camps are fully owned, operated and managed by players who not only love the game, but play, coach, and volunteer to make Elite Ringette Training what it is today.
Since 2008, we’ve been committed to developing athletes into coaches and leaders, creating opportunities to grow from volunteers to junior instructors, group leads, head instructors, and site managers. We truly believe ringette is “our” sport to make better, year over year!

We are excited to have Belle Paisley back for a third summer as one of our guest speakers!
Belle has a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutritional Sciences and is currently completing her Master of Applied Human Nutrition as she works toward becoming a Registered Dietitian.
As a former ringette player who competed at both the provincial and national level, she understands firsthand how proper nutrition can support athletic performance. Her experience working with young athletes, especially in ringette, has fueled her passion for helping female athletes build healthy nutrition habits that support both performance and overall well-being.
At camp, Belle is excited to share the fundamentals of sports nutrition, teach us how to build balanced snacks, and have some fun making energy balls together. Her goal is to help athletes feel confident fueling their bodies both on and off the ice!
We`re looking forward to another great summer with Belle!
