We’re excited to welcome Alana Lesperance as a guest speaker this summer!
Alana is an exam candidate physiotherapist with a focus and passion in paediatrics. She works with infants, children, and athletes across a wide range of needs, including motor development, coordination, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. Through her work with Better Beyond Rehabilitation and 4 Kids Mobile Physiotherapy, she uses play-based therapy and functional movement strategies to help young athletes build confidence and move well.
As a former ringette player, Alana brings a unique perspective to our athletes. She’ll be sharing how physiotherapy can support performance through injury prevention, safe movement mechanics, and age-appropriate strength and coordination.
We’re thrilled to have someone who understands both the game and the growing athlete helping our players learn how to stay healthy, strong, and confident on the ice!
