August was one for the books!
As we wrap up an incredible summer, we want to say a huge thank you to every athlete and family who joined us throughout August. From early mornings to long days on & off the ice, you showed up ready to work, learn, and push yourselves to be better.
We watched athletes step outside their comfort zones, build confidence, sharpen their skills, and challenge themselves in new ways. More importantly, we saw athletes supporting one another, building friendships, and having fun along the way!

We’re excited to welcome Cadence Howe as one of this year`s guest speakers!
A lifelong ringette player, Cadence has competed at the AA level, represented Saskatchewan at the Canada Winter Games, and played for U18 Team Canada. She is currently a member of the University of Regina Cougars while completing her Bachelor of Science in Bilingual Nursing.
Through her experiences on and off the ice, she’s learned the importance of hard work, resilience, teamwork, and confidence!
At camp, Cadence will share the skills and lessons that have helped shape her journey, while giving athletes a glimpse into university level ringette. From balancing academics and sport, to the team environment and opportunities to continue playing after high school.
We can’t wait for our athletes to learn from Cadence and hear her story!

Our camps are fully owned, operated and managed by players who not only love the game, but play, coach, and volunteer to make Elite Ringette Training what it is today.
Since 2008, we’ve been committed to developing athletes into coaches and leaders, creating opportunities to grow from volunteers to junior instructors, group leads, head instructors, and site managers. We truly believe ringette is “our” sport to make better, year over year!
