Instructor Highlight: Taylor
Meet Taylor, one of our incredible Elite Ringette instructors!
Taylor is currently tearing it up in the NRL with the Manitoba Herd. She’s a former gold medalist with the 2019 Junior Team Canada, and was recently nominated as a Top Forward for the 2025 Canadian Ringette Championships.
What makes her journey even more special? Taylor started out as a camp player in the early days of Elite—and now she’s giving back by inspiring the next generation of athletes.
We’re lucky to have her leadership, talent, and passion on the ice with us!

Meet Your April Prep Camp Instructors!
We`re excited to have two powerhouse instructors leading our April AA Prep Camp — Alana & Taylor!
✨ Alana is our Camp Coordinator and a former on-ice instructor. She plays for the Manitoba Herd in the NRL and was a member of the gold-winning 2017 National Team. Oh, and she`s currently finishing her Master`s in Physiotherapy!
✨ Taylor is also a current player with the Manitoba Herd. She helped Team Canada win gold in 2019 as part of the Jr. National Team and was recently nominated as a Top Forward for the 2025 Canadian Ringette Championships. Fun fact: Taylor was once a camp player at Elite in the early days!
These two bring elite-level experience, passion, and serious skill to the ice—our athletes are in for an incredible week!

As the owner and founder of Elite, Sarah started this program 17 years ago with a passion for giving female athletes the tools, training, and mindset to Play with Purpose. She is dedicated to empowering women in leadership and helping athletes reach their full potential—on and off the ice.
Now based in Calgary, AB, Sarah is balancing her career, an MBA, and any chance to travel, connect with friends, and grow Elite alongside an amazing team of women is a huge bonus to her.
